I’ve been taking the capsules for a few weeks now and have not noticed much change, perhaps a little more energy. I’ll give it more time.

I like the flavour, packaging ,the jars, bottle & little spoon..tasty . I have.been drinking it for about 2 months & have not noticed a brighter me but perhaps I am bright enough !

I do feel an improvement in energy, no more afternoon naps, but am having problems with it causing reflux, and find the bottle gets smelly , wash with warm soapy water and a brush, have even tried sterilising tablets but can’t seem to get rid of odour

Regarding the smelly water, please try cleaning it with Baking Soda and Vinegar Solution. Also, regularly clean your water bottle to prevent odors. Bacteria and mold can cause unpleasant smells. Let us know how it goes.

If you still want to give it a go, you might try increasing your dosage by 250mg at a time, up to a maximum of 1000mg. Monitor how you feel after each increase to make sure you're tolerating it well. For example, if you're currently taking 500mg daily, try taking 750mg for the next 7 days on an empty stomach and make sure you take hot drinks 30-40 minutes after NMN as it can degrade NMN.
Research suggests that most people experience the highest NAD+ production from NMN supplementation around 3-4 weeks, with benefits becoming more apparent between 8-12 weeks. Patience is key. You might find valuable insights by searching for 'long-term administration NMN.'
If you're still not experiencing the desired effects after 12 weeks, factors like the MTHFR gene mutation or sensitivity to niacin could be at play. In this case, it might be helpful to start with a lower dose and consider taking substances like TMG or B vitamins, which support methylation.
Remember, consistency is key when it comes to supplements. Taking NMN regularly with the best dosage will help you achieve the best possible results.

I don’t really review many products but I have been so happy with it I just want to let people know how amazing it is!
My energy level is so high that I’m getting so much accomplished every day. My hair and nails are weirdly growing much faster and when I had a checkup at the dentist recently he said my gums and teeth were so much better than my last visit…. Not sure if it’s from taking this product but nothing else has changed.
I would highly recommend anyone who might be thinking about it to definitely try it out!

I can’t say I’ve tried it yet. When I ordered it said 10 days or something I think. Anyway enough time before I was due to leave the country. It didn’t arrive in time and now I can’t push my following order back more than 2 weeks so… not off to a great start but looking forward to trying it when I get home in the next couple of days

Very happy with product, however i am a largish male at 90kg and would love to have an option to buy a slightly larger monthly pouch rather than having to buy two subscriptions. I feel i am not quite getting the full benefits........otherwise a good product
