I first started on pure NMN capsules.
I noticed an improvement in my energy levels after a couple of months.
Then I thought I would try the blend.
After a couple of months I started to feel less energetic, so I have now switched back to the pure NMN capsules . I am now feeling the same energy levels I experienced before.
I will now stay on the capsules. I also take Co enzyme- Q10 and Ginseng.

Promoted as natures own epic, I purchased 3 months supply and have taken 2 each morning as recommended
In the directions. I have not noticed any change in any way neither good nor bad. I continue to complete taking my 3 months supply but will not repurchase the product

I wish to say, this product give a good energy. However, a due short time, I did not get that benefits it is talk about. Perhaps, when I will have a chance come back, that until will pay my bills, I would tray to order for a few months to see and understand, what I am missing. I wish also to know, if this energy will be safe enough, due is a synthetic. I always believed, that synthetic products can cause a cancer. Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're still willing to give it a try, you can opt to supplement it with our NMN (or all three powders separately added to the blend) and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.

Another key consideration is finding the right dosage and timing for taking Longevity Blend.
If you're between 40 and 60 years old, starting with 500mg or one scoop is recommended, and it's best not to exceed 750mg per day.
For those over 60, it's suggested to take at least 750mg, up to a maximum of 1,000mg daily.
You can also try taking Longevity Blend after a meal to allow for slower absorption and processing by the body.
Also, some individuals naturally produce higher levels of NAD, which might lead to the symptoms you described. To counter this, incorporating TMG or any B vitamins offers better results.
