I don’t really review many products but I have been so happy with it I just want to let people know how amazing it is!
My energy level is so high that I’m getting so much accomplished every day. My hair and nails are weirdly growing much faster and when I had a checkup at the dentist recently he said my gums and teeth were so much better than my last visit…. Not sure if it’s from taking this product but nothing else has changed.
I would highly recommend anyone who might be thinking about it to definitely try it out!

I can’t say I’ve tried it yet. When I ordered it said 10 days or something I think. Anyway enough time before I was due to leave the country. It didn’t arrive in time and now I can’t push my following order back more than 2 weeks so… not off to a great start but looking forward to trying it when I get home in the next couple of days

I no longer feel that these work, my energy levels have not changed, all attributes of aging are still well on their way, no change there.

If you still want to give it a go, you might try increasing your dosage by 250mg at a time, up to a maximum of 1000mg. Monitor how you feel after each increase to make sure you're tolerating it well. For example, if you're currently taking 500mg daily, try taking 750mg for the next 7 days on an empty stomach and make sure you take hot drinks 30-40 minutes after NMN as it can degrade NMN.
If you're still not experiencing the desired effects, factors like the MTHFR gene mutation or sensitivity to niacin could be at play. In this case, it might be helpful to start with a lower dose and consider taking substances like TMG or B vitamins, which support methylation.
Remember, consistency is key when it comes to supplements. Taking NMN regularly with the best dosage will help you achieve the best possible results.

I am 78 years old and in pretty good shape considering my age,
I have read David Sinclair’s book, Lifespan, more than once and I find these ideas and the science fascinating. I have changed my eating habits, increased some exercising as well as taking NMN.
I think I have noticed some positive effects but this could be a placebo effect or to do with the other changes made.
I am more interested in “vitality” rather than “lifespan” but if these measures reduce the likelihood or severity of age related diseases such as dementia, surely I have little to lose from giving it a go.
For the moment I plan to continue the regime.

That’s perfectly okay as the impact of our Daily Longevity Blend can differ from person to person due to variations in metabolism. Some individuals may experience its effects more rapidly than others.
Even though our Blend includes 500mg of NMN, 50mg of Psterostilbene (a 5x more bioavailable alternative to Resveratrol), and a methyl donor complex, some individuals, depending on their NAD levels, may require a higher dose, such as NMN or all three products (some may need 1000mg of each or more). Without reaching the appropriate dosage, achieving the desired results may be challenging.
If you're willing to give it a try, you can opt to increase the dosage of NMN by topping up and assess the outcomes. Best to increase gradually by 125mg or 250mg every 7 days, ensuring your body tolerates it well.
Additionally, do not take it with hot drinks as this can degrade the NMN. It's best to consume it 15-30 minutes before or after having a hot drink.
